Tudo começou há três anos, quando um grupo de senhoras procurou uma atividade física para manter a forma. Ficou sério e agora são dois treinos por semana e um jogo por semana, e elas descobriram que futebol faz sim bem à saúde, à cabeça e pode mudar a vida na terceira idade.
Os jogos são divididos dois tempos de 15 minutos, com 15 minutos de intervalo pra dar aquela alongada, um descanso.
No país da Copa, aquela expressão famosa: ‘essa até minha avó faria’ não tem lá muito sentindo. O que se espera de uma avó? Por lá, habilidade, ritmo e uma incansável animação.
